General Terms
Welcome to 547jl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "you") and 547jl ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 547jl website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 547jl.net (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account on 547jl, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the 547jl Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 547jl. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game context unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
Access to 547jl is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is legal under applicable local laws.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 547jl or any of its affiliated companies.

547jl takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request supporting identification documents — such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID, passport, or driver's licence — at any point during your membership, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. If you are unable to verify your age to our satisfaction, your account will be suspended pending resolution.
Minor Protection Notice: If 547jl has any reason to believe that a minor is using or attempting to use the Platform, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, void all associated wagers, and report the matter as required by applicable regulations. Any deposits made by a minor will be returned minus any amounts already paid out as winnings.
Account Registration
To access real-money features on 547jl, you must register a member account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree to:
Provide your real name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address at the time of registration. Fictitious or third-party information is strictly prohibited.
Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts — even under different contact details, device identifiers, or IP addresses — are not permitted. 547jl uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations.
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 547jl account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.
Update your account information promptly if any details change. 547jl is not responsible for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.
Not transfer, sell, or share your 547jl account with any other person. Account sharing is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.
547jl reserves the right to verify the identity of any member at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request, including providing copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested.
Deposits & Payments
547jl accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including shared GCash wallets or cards belonging to family members — may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
547jl does not charge deposit fees on most payment methods, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. 547jl is not responsible for third-party processing fees.
Deposits credited to your 547jl wallet are available for use on the Platform immediately upon confirmation. 547jl does not hold funds for any period beyond what is technically necessary for payment processing.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the money you are using belongs to you, was obtained lawfully, and is not the proceeds of any illegal activity. 547jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals
547jl processes withdrawal requests promptly. Members may request withdrawals to any verified payment method registered on their account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no fee charged by 547jl for standard withdrawals, though e-wallet or bank transfer fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.
Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for most requests during normal operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours or flagged for additional review may take longer. We aim to complete all pending requests within 24 hours.
547jl may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that triggers our enhanced due diligence thresholds. This is a regulatory requirement and not a punitive measure.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches the details on your 547jl account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
547jl reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation. Members will be notified in such cases and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Bonus Note: Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be met before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable. The initial deposit amount itself is always withdrawable subject to standard verification requirements.
Bonuses & Promotions
547jl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms stated at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other systematic methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Each bonus offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion details.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in total bets to be placed before the bonus portion becomes withdrawable.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games like Roulette or Baccarat may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated within each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements that expire will result in the bonus amount being removed from your balance.
- 547jl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace any promotion at any time, giving reasonable notice where possible. This will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting markets on 547jl use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for applicable games and real-time feeds for live events. Results are final once confirmed by the platform.
Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified by the member. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager on 547jl.
In the event of a system malfunction, network error, or force majeure event that disrupts a game or betting market in progress, 547jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts. No additional compensation will be offered for disrupted rounds.
For live sports betting, markets may be suspended during periods of high activity such as goals, red cards, or penalty decisions. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended.
For Sabong markets specifically, all bets are subject to the officiating decisions of the licensed arena hosting the derby. 547jl is not responsible for arena-side decisions and will settle bets according to the official result communicated by the arena operator.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 547jl. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the 547jl Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, including Pusoy tables and live poker formats.
- Attempting to access, interfere with, or exploit any vulnerability in the 547jl Platform, its backend systems, or its payment processing infrastructure.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your 547jl account.
- Registering multiple accounts or using the identity of another person to register an account or claim bonuses.
- Engaging in money laundering or using 547jl for any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or login credentials to any other person.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 547jl staff, other members, or third parties through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
547jl employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor all activity on the Platform. Unusual betting patterns, suspicious deposit and withdrawal behaviour, and device-level anomalies are reviewed by our security team on an ongoing basis.
Account Suspension & Closure
547jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Instructions received from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- Non-use of the account for an extended period (inactive accounts policy applies — see below).
Members may also voluntarily close their 547jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the member's verified payment method after standard checks are completed.
Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login for a period of 12 consecutive months. 547jl will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before any inactivity fee or account archiving process begins. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts as stated in the applicable fee schedule.
Privacy & Data
By using 547jl, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In summary: 547jl collects only the personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers who assist in delivering the 547jl service (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) and with authorities as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
547jl provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
- 547jl shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or financial loss resulting from technical failures, network outages, or maintenance periods, provided that such events are not within our direct control or are communicated with reasonable notice.
- 547jl is not responsible for the quality or stability of your internet connection. A poor or interrupted connection during gameplay is not grounds for a refund of bets placed or reversal of game outcomes.
- Nothing in these Terms limits 547jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
- Your total recoverable damages from 547jl in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Responsible Gaming

Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the 547jl Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always try to give you at least 7 days' advance notice before any material changes to these Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
